It usually takes 1-3 business days to process and then 2-3 days for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with further information and a tracking number.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class. For International Orders, the shipping provider will vary depending on your location.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $60 and a Flate Rate of $5.00 for all U.S. orders below $60.

Returns and exchanges

We know that our items make great gifts, but if you are not totally satisfied with the order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned within 15 days of the order date for store credit (excluding original shipping costs). If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. 

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 

*Free gifts, promotional or any items purchased during sales or with coupons are not returnable! *If you are outside of the US, please refer to our international policy located under the International Orders tab. 

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.

We are happy to help you make an exchange as long as the item is in unused condition and its original packaging is intact.

Reviews

We love to hear feedback from our customers. You can see all of our reviews here. If you'd like to write a review you have two options. 

1) Wait for a review email that will automatically be sent to your inbox after your order has arrived.

This review email is sent a week after the item has arrived.

2) You can write a review by visiting any of our product pages and click "Write a Review" button towards the bottom of the page.

International Orders

Customs & VAT: 

Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) and if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to the US if unclaimed, and we cannot refund shipping for these cases. The time that a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices. Shipping and duties may be cheaper and faster if ordered locally. 

International Order, Returns & Exchanges 

If you are outside of the US and unsatisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay for return shipping. International Returns are accepted within 7 days upon you receiving your order.

To start an international return click the link below and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Once complete, mail the item back to us using the most economical shipping method. You will want to include the Return Authorization Slip (page with bar codes) inside of your package.
