Our statement on Racial Injustices

As a Black (African American & Afro-Latino) owned and operated company, we will not remain silent. The murders of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and so many others reflect a racial prejudice deeply ingrained within our society. For many, the emotions of these most recent events have been too much to bear. ⠀

Racist attitudes and systems against black and brown bodies expressed through police brutality, mass incarceration, and the indifference of majority culture are treason against all image-bearers and, more specifically, those of us who have been historically disenfranchised, marginalized, and oppressed. Let’s be clear: racism is not just an attack on our very humanity but an affront to God himself. ⠀

Our hearts are broken for the Floyd family, the Taylor family, the Arbery family, and all those disproportionately affected by systemic injustices. At Native Supply, we will not stop fighting to showcase God's glory, beauty, and love. We pledge to use our brand to promote equity. We pledge to confront hate with compassion, justice, and the love of God. That's our commitment.⠀

It’s time for change. We stand with those who fight for social justice. We stand with our white brothers and sisters who love and care for us. We stand with our police officers who serve justly. And we stand with you Natives who know the love of God. ⠀

If God is for us, who can be against us, Natives? Pray for healing. Pray for restoration. Pray for change. Then get up and do justice (Isaiah 1:17).⠀
