How do I return my item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


How can I exchange an item?

  • Currently, all exchange requests will be processed as store credits. If you would like to exchange an item, please select the store credit option.
  • Upon receival and approval of your return, a store credit will be emailed to you.
  • Enter your store credit code at checkout to purchase your desired style and size, even if it's a totally different item!


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of when your order was placed. (*This form won't function for orders beyond that)

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.
  • Free gifts and promotional items are not returnable. Items purchased while on sale or with coupons are only returnable for store credit, not refunds.
  • If you receive a damaged item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to inform us of the damage. If you reach out beyond this window of time, we are unable to accept a return for the item.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible to pay for the shipping for your return item. A return label will only be provided if it's a mistake on our part.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment or via store credit, within 10 working days after your return has been received.
  • Items must be shipped and received before a refund/credit is issued.
  • If your return is rejected, our team will contact you with more information.
